Where can I find the pre-purchase rooms?

They are available under the pre-purchase tab in the lobby, and you can buy cards for the games every night of the week! There's prizes like TVs, laptops and camera up for grabs every week too!

Do I have to have funded my account?

Yes, pre-purchase rooms are only available to funded players.

Is there a minimum number of cards I need to buy?

Each game has its own minimum number - look at tickets for more details.

What happens if more than one person wins a game?

If more than one person wins a cash jackpot game, the money will be split equally between players. if more than one person wins a prize game, the cash equivalent (which is specified in the ticket) will be split equally between players.

If I win a prize game, how will I get my prize?

We will contact you the day after the game, normally by email, to confirm delivery details.

If I win a prize game, can I get the cash alternative instead?

No, you will only get a cash alternative for the prize games if there is more than one winner.

Can I watch my cards being played?

Yes, the rooms will open for chat 15 minutes before the game starts, so if you're around on the night, you can go into the room that you need.

You can also re-enter the room anytime before the game starts to view your cards, or even buy more!

How do I know if I've won?

As with our regular games, any money won will automatically be credited to your account.

You will also be contacted to inform you of your win.
